1. What exactly is this offer?

This program is a special promotional offer where you can earn rewards based on the activity of the friends you invite to super.money. Once your friend joins using your link and completes their first valid UPI transaction, a 30-day window opens. During this time, whenever your friend earns a cashback reward on their own transactions, you become eligible to receive a matching cashback reward of up to 100% of what they earned, subject to the applicable limits and terms.

3. Is there a limit to how much I can earn from one friend?

Yes. While you have the opportunity to earn every time they earn, there is a maximum cumulative limit. You can earn a total of up to ₹100 from a single referred friend. Once you have earned a total of ₹100 from that specific friend's transactions, you will stop receiving rewards for their activity, even if the 30-day period hasn't ended yet.

4. How long will I keep earning rewards from my friend's transactions?

You are eligible to earn these matching rewards for a period of 30 days. This countdown begins from the moment your friend completes their first successful UPI transaction on the super.money app. After 30 days, the referral benefit for that specific friend expires.

5. Do I always get exactly what my friend earns?

The program offers a matching reward of up to 100%. This means that while you are eligible to receive an amount equal to your friend's cashback, the exact percentage may vary depending on the specific campaign terms active at the time of the transaction. In most cases, if they earn ₹10, you could earn ₹10, but this is subject to the maximum cap and the specific offer rules.

6. My friend made a transaction, but I didn't get any cashback. Why?

There could be a few reasons for this:

They didn't earn cashback: You only earn when they earn. If their transaction was not eligible for a reward (e.g., a peer-to-peer transfer that didn't qualify), then you will not receive a match.
Cap Reached: You may have already hit the ₹100 cumulative limit for that friend.
Time Limit Exceeded: It might have been more than 30 days since their first transaction.
Security Flags: Our system may have detected irregular activity, such as circular transactions or the use of the same device.

7. Can I refer someone who already has super.money installed?

No. This offer is valid strictly for new users. The person you refer must not have previously registered on super.money or installed the app. If they have used the app before, the referral will not be attributed to you, and the repeat reward mechanism will not activate.

8. What happens if my friend returns a purchase or reverses a transaction?

If a transaction for which you received a referral reward is later refunded, cancelled, or reversed, the cashback awarded to you for that transaction will be withdrawn. super.money reserves the right to adjust this amount from your future rewards or account balance.

9. Can I refer myself using a second phone number?

No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You cannot refer yourself, nor can you use the same device to operate the Referee's account. Our systems check for device IDs, bank details, and other parameters to ensure genuine referrals. Violating this policy may lead to the permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all earned rewards.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CASHBACK MATCH REFERRAL PROGRAM

Scapic Innovations Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "super.money" "We" "Our" "Us") is offering cashback under this offer ("Offer") from ___________________ (00:00HRS) and ending on ________________ wherein the user has an opportunity to participate subject to the terms of this Policy mentioned below ("Policy").

By participating in this Offer, You agree to be bound by the terms and Conditions of this Policy, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation that are available on the super.money mobile application including any modifications, alterations, or updates that We make. This is a limited period offer and is subject to change at the sole discretion of super.money.

Eligibility for the Offer

To be eligible to participate in the Offer and qualify for the benefits thereunder, You (the "Referrer") must strictly adhere to the following criteria:

You must be a registered user of the super.money App with a valid, active account status, and Your account must not be suspended, restricted, or flagged for suspicious activity at the time of participation;
You must be an individual of at least eighteen (18) years of age and a resident of India, and this Offer is not open to non-residents or citizens of other countries;
You must possess a valid Indian mobile number and a verified bank account that is duly linked to the App, which is a mandatory requirement to facilitate the credit of any cashback rewards earned under this Offer; and
The person You refer (the "Referee") must be a genuine, distinct individual who is a new user and has not previously registered on the super.money App, and the Referee must not have installed the App or linked a bank account on the App prior to clicking Your specific referral link.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, You shall not be eligible to receive any referral rewards corresponding to cashback earned by the Referee from rewards, credit card issuance or transactions, card-specific referral programs, or personal loan disbursals, as this Offer is strictly limited to matching rewards derived solely from eligible UPI transactions.

Details of the Offer

The Offer shall operate according to the following mechanism, subject to the terms contained herein:

You must invite a Referee to download and register on the App by sharing Your unique referral link, and the Referee must click on the link, install the App, successfully register, and link a valid bank account to enable Unified Payments Interface (UPI) transactions;
The referral benefit is activated upon the Referee's successful completion of their first valid UPI transaction on the App, and from the date and time of this first transaction, a defined period of thirty (30) days (hereinafter referred to as the "Eligibility Period") shall commence;
During the subsistence of the Eligibility Period, You shall be eligible to receive a cashback reward (the "Referral Reward") each time the Referee successfully completes an eligible transaction on the App that results in the Referee earning a cashback reward;
The value of the Referral Reward credited to You shall be upto 100% (One Hundred Percent) of the cashback amount earned by the Referee for that specific transaction (or such other multiplier as may be communicated by super.money). For the avoidance of doubt, if the Referee earns a cashback of INR 10, You shall concurrently be eligible to receive a cashback of upto INR 10; and
Notwithstanding the number of transactions performed by the Referee during the Eligibility Period, the total cumulative value of Referral Rewards that You may earn from a single Referee under this Offer is strictly capped at INR 100 (Rupees One Hundred Only). Once the aggregate rewards credited to You in respect of a specific Referee reach this limit, Your entitlement to further rewards for that Referee shall immediately cease, and no further cashback shall be credited to You for subsequent transactions by that Referee.

The maximum cashback you earn under this program in a month shall be capped at INR 600 or such other amount as may be determined by super.money which can apply retrospectively and without notice.

Modification and Discretion

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy, including without limitation: changing the amount of cashback, modifying how You may earn and spend cashback earned, modifying the duration and expiration of cashback, minimum maximum amount of cashback that You may earn, and discontinuing the Offer entirely at any time without any prior written notice to You.

super.money shall be free to decline participation if requirements are not satisfied.

Privacy and Information

You hereby agree and understand that in order to participate in the Offer You may be required to submit personal information about You and the Customers you refer such as name, mobile number, and email address. You further agree to receive communications from us regarding your participation in the Offer. Any information collected from You or the Referred Customers as part of the Offer shall be subject to super.money's Privacy Policy.

Disqualification and Legal Action

super.money reserves the right to take any administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to the termination of Your eligibility for the Offer or terminate Your User account or the accounts of Referred Customers if You are found:

Opening multiple accounts with different phone numbers for the same person/yourself in order to generate additional cashback;
Sending invites to people using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited e-mails, or links on message boards or forums;
Attempting to take/taking unfair advantage of the Offer;
Using false names, impersonating other people, or otherwise providing false or misleading information to Us;
Offering incentives to people who do not have existing accounts with super.money to register with super.money;
Violating any terms of this Policy or any other terms and conditions on super.money, including but not limited to cashback in any way; or
Participating in the Offer in contravention with any applicable law or regulations.

You are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer and any such participation is voluntary.

General

This Offer is valid only in India (Territory)
The Offer is open only to the end users who are Indian citizens. Citizens and residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate in this Offer.
Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or encashed.
super.money reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer including the prize, at any time without any prior written notice.
Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
You shall not post any content on the App which is obscene, profanity, abusive, libelous, defamatory, harassing or in any manner violate applicable laws of India. Indulgence into anti-social/anti-national activity will lead to legal punishment as applicable in the Territory.
The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events rendering super.money unable to extend the Offer, for reasons beyond super.money's control.
super.money shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Content.
The Offer is being run on 'AS-IS' basis and subject to change without prior notice. By participating You agree that super.money shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Offer
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep super.money harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by super.money as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till twenty four hours post the end date of the Offer. Post such date super.money will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act 2000.
