TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR '10 Million Club: Nothing Else Matters'

PRELIMINARY

This contest ("Contest") is a promotional activity being run by participating sellers and brands ("Sellers") on Flipkart Internet Private Limited ("Flipkart"), on the super.money mobile application ("App"), which App is owned and operated by Scapic Innovations Private Limited ("super.money").
By participating in the Contest, the user ("You" or "Your") agrees to be bound by:
- these terms and conditions ("T&C"); and
- the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the App.
- the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published by Flipkart on their app and website.

CONTEST DETAILS

The Contest will commence on 26th December, 2025 at 00:00:01(Hr : Min : Sec) and end on 31st December, 2025 at 23:59:59 (Hr : Min : Sec), unless extended by Flipkart and super.money in their sole discretion ("Contest Period").
To participate in the Contest You must do/fulfill the following:
- Age must be 18 years or above;
- Must have a valid account on the App (App only) and log into the same;
- Complete at least 10 successful UPI transactions using the App during the Contest Period.
5 (five) winners will be chosen from the pool of qualified participants by Flipkart and super.money basis the fulfillment of conditions listed in the clause above. The determination of winners by Flipkart and super.money shall be final, and super.money shall not entertain any queries or disputes in this regard.
The prize shall be in the form of a Nothing Phone 3a Pro ("Prize"). The Prize shall be subject to change at Flipkart's and super.money's sole discretion without prior notice.
Winner details will be revealed on 2nd January, 2026 on super.money's Instagram page (@getsupermoney), or as maybe communicated by super.money by way of SMS/phone calls or through in-app communication on the super.money app. The participant can win only once.
You shall be required to provide Your personal information including but not limited to Your name, age, address, telephone number or mobile number and email address in order to register and participate in the Contest. By providing the aforesaid personal information, You hereby agree that Flipkart and super.money by itself or through their third party service provider shall have the right to connect (via sms, email or call) with You and use such information for internal purposes and for the purpose of this Contest. All information submitted in connection with this Contest will be treated in accordance with this T&Cs and the Privacy Policy. By participating, You agree and consent to the collection, usage, storage, transfer, sharing or otherwise processing of personal information or sensitive personal information provided by you in accordance with this T&C and the Privacy Policy.
super.money and Flipkart shall be free to decline participation if the said requirements are not satisfied.
You must ensure all information provided towards the entry in the Contest is accurate and complete. You agree that in the event You provide inaccurate and/or false information, Your participation and claim to the Prize shall be forfeited or will be passed on to another participant without any further communication to You. Flipkart/ super.money shall have the sole discretion in this regard.
Employees (including their relatives) of Flipkart, super.money, their contractors, and any other companies/vendors associated with the Contest are not eligible for participating in this Contest.
super.money account ID holder shall be considered as the winner irrespective of participation.
super.money reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries to this Contest and participants (including a participant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who violates these T&Cs or who tampers with the entry process or is engaged in any fraudulent activity.
In the event of death of the winner, no claim from the nominees or legal heirs of the Prize winner will be entertained for receiving the Prize.
Mere participation does not entitle You to win the Contest or receive the Prize thereof.
Pictures of products shown in the communication sent either through mailers or displayed on the App, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the Prizes. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
As a condition of accepting the Prize, winners may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form, required by Flipkart or super.money in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
Participants may be contacted by Flipkart or super.money for marketing and promotional purposes. You agree to participate in such promotional material or in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Contest (including any outcome).
Once the winners are selected, they may be contacted 3 times by super.money over a period of 48 hours to inform them of the win through call, SMS and/or email. In the event that the winner does not respond in the 3 tries, the Winner shall forfeit the Prize and a substitute winner shall be chosen.
You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and super.money shall not be responsible in any manner.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Contest is valid only in India (Territory) with the exception of the state of Tamil Nadu.
The Contest is open only to the end users who are Indian citizens. Citizens and residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or encashed.
Flipkart. super.money or Sellers have the right to substitute the Prize(s) with other prizes of equal value, as determined in their sole discretion.
Flipkart or super.money reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Contest including the Prize, at any time without any prior written notice.
Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary and the Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis.
You shall not post any content on the App which is obscene, profanity, abusive, libelous, defamatory, harassing or in any manner violate applicable laws of India. Indulgence into anti-social/ anti-national activity will lead to legal punishment as applicable in the Territory.
Flipkart or super.money, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Contest.
The Contest shall be subject to force majeure events rendering super.money unable to extend the Contest, for reasons beyond control, such as, but not limited to Acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of public enemy, terrorist attacks, war, threat of war, destruction of network, strikes, lock-out, riots, civil disturbances, political disturbances, insurrections, accidents, explosions, fire, earthquake, flood, epidemics, acts of government, agencies or officers, volcano, volcanic ash, natural calamities, or any other legitimate cause restraining performance and on occurrence of such an event, the Contest may be completely or partially withdrawn without notice and recourse.
Flipkart and super.money shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Content.
Flipkart or super.money do not endorse these Prizes and shall not be liable towards anything in relation to the Prize.
The Contest is being run on 'AS-IS' basis and subject to change without prior notice. By participating You agree that Flipkart, super.money and Sellers shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
The Prize is being provided and fulfilled entirely by Flipkart and its Sellers. super.money is merely providing the platform for the Contest and shall have no liability regarding the procurement or delivery of the Prize.
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart, super.money and Sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
The Contest shall be subject to the Income Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
Any query regarding the Contest will be entertained only till 24 hours post the end date of the Contest. Post such date super.money will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons.
