These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the "Dhurandhar Movie Ticket Contest" ("Contest") run by super.money ("Company"). By participating in the Contest, You agree to be bound by:

• these terms and conditions ("T&C");
• the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations, or updates thereof that are published on the super.money app; and
• BookMyShow terms and conditions.

Contest Period

• Start Date: 13 December 2025 at 00:00 IST.
• End Date: 16 December 2025 at 23:59 IST.
• The Contest is valid for 3 days. Transactions made before or after this window will not be considered.

Eligibility

• The Contest is open to all registered users of the super.money app, who reside in India and are 18 years of age or older.
• You must have a valid and active UPI handle linked to the super.money app.

How to Participate

• To enter, You must complete a successful UPI transaction using the super.money app during the Contest Period.
• There is no limit to the number of transactions the users can make to increase their chances, but each user is eligible to win only once.

Winner Selection: "Lowest Unique Amount" Logic

• The winners will be determined based on the Lowest Unique Transaction Value.
• A transaction value (amount) is considered "Unique" only if no other user has made a transaction of that exact same amount during the Contest Period.
• Example: If user A sends ₹153 and user B also sends ₹153, the amount ₹153 is disqualified from uniqueness.
• Among all qualifying "Unique" transaction amounts, the system will rank them from lowest to highest.
• The users responsible for the bottom 10 (lowest) unique transaction amounts will be declared winners.

Prize Details

• Total Winners: 10 (Ten).
• Prize: Each winner receives two (2) BookMyShow vouchers.
• Value: Each voucher is worth ₹250, for a total prize value of ₹500 per winner.
• Usage: The vouchers are intended to be used specifically for booking tickets for the movie "Dhurandhar" on the BookMyShow platform.

Prize Distribution & Redemption

• Winners will be announced on the super.money Instagram handle on 18th December and/or contacted via the registered email/phone number within 5 days of the Contest end date.
• The BookMyShow promo codes will be sent digitally to the winners.
• Voucher T&Cs:
  • Vouchers are valid only on BookMyShow.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Any balance amount exceeding the voucher value (₹250 per ticket) must be paid by the winner.
  • Standard BookMyShow Terms and Conditions apply to the redemption of the codes.

General Terms

• Disqualification: super.money reserves the right to disqualify You if You are found using unfair means, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, bot usage, or wash trading (transferring money between own accounts solely to game the system).
• Modification: super.money reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest or these Terms at any time without prior notice, in the event of technical issues, fraud, or reasons beyond its control.
• Liability: super.money is not responsible for transaction failures, bank server downtimes, or BookMyShow service availability.
• Final Decision: The decision of super.money regarding the winners and disqualification shall be final and binding.
