SECTION 1: Product Overview

What is SuperPaylater, and how does it work?

SuperPaylater lets you split purchases into 3 interest-free EMIs. You pay 1/3rd upfront, and the rest over the next two months. SuperPaylater is a payment facilitator; order fulfillment is solely the merchant’s responsibility.

Who is responsible for the delivery and quality of the products in my order?

The responsibility of the product quality and delivery timelines resides with the merchant/seller, as the lender and super.money are only responsible for extending credit and facilitating payments respectively.

What are the benefits of SuperPaylater?

Who is eligible to use SuperPaylater?

Eligibility depends on lender approval. Eligibility is determined once the lender is able to process your KYC.

Why can't I see SuperPaylater for some items?

It’s not available for gold, jewelry, gift cards, certain fast-moving items, or transactions under ₹1,000.

Do I need to make an upfront payment?

Yes, 1/3rd of the cart amount must be paid during checkout.

Is there an app to track SuperPaylater transactions?

No dedicated app, but details will be shared via Whatsapp for any due EMIs, or EMI repayments

SECTION 2: Application & Documentation

Which documents are required for my SuperPaylater application?

PAN and Aadhaar are required, verified via OTP.

Why do you require my personal details?

The lender requires these details for KYC, identity verification, and credit assessment.

Who is the lender for SuperPaylater?

Upmove Capital Pvt Ltd, super.money’s NBFC partner.

SECTION 3: Payment & Repayments

How does the SuperPaylater statement cycle work?

  • 1st payment: At purchase
  • 2nd EMI: After 30 days
  • 3rd EMI: After 60 days

Payment links are shared via WhatsApp.

What charges will be incurred?

No interest. In some cases, a nominal processing fee may apply.

What payment modes are supported?

Only UPI is supported. No cash or credit card payments allowed.

Can I change the statement/due date?

No, dates cannot be changed.

Can I prepay EMIs?

Yes, via the repayment link shared on WhatsApp along with the payment confirmation message.

Can I pay only part of the bill?

No, full EMI must be paid.

Can I pay on order delivery?

No, payments must be made via UPI only.

Would I need to set up AutoPay?

AutoPay may be required based on lender risk assessment. In cases of Autopay failures, a penalty would be borne by the customer.

How do I track payment status?

You can track via the repayment link shared via WhatsApp in the payment confirmation message.

How will I know my EMI due dates?

Due dates are shared in the WhatsApp payment confirmation and reminders.

What happens if I miss an EMI payment?

A penalty of up to 5% may apply. Repeated delays can affect your credit score and may lead to legal action.

SECTION 4: Orders, Returns & Refunds

How can I place an order using SuperPaylater?

Add items to cart → Checkout → Choose SuperPaylater → Pay 1/3rd of cart amount via UPI.

Can I cancel/return an order?

Yes, you can cancel or return an order; however, this is subject to the return and cancellation policies of the specific seller or merchant. To initiate a cancellation or return, contact the seller or merchant directly through their official support channels.

If you're unable to reach the seller or receive no response, you can escalate the issue by writing to support.superpay@super.money with relevant order details and a description of your issue.

How do I get a refund?

To request a refund, reach out to the seller/merchant to initiate the refund process for the returned or cancelled item. Forward a copy of your refund request or confirmation to support.superpay@super.money to keep the SuperPaylater team informed. Once the refund is approved by the merchant:

  • If the refund amount is equal to or less than your upcoming EMI, it will be adjusted against the remaining EMI(s).
  • If the refund amount exceeds your EMI dues, the excess balance will be refunded to your bank account within 3–5 working days.

What if I have already paid my EMIs?

Basis the merchant/seller policy, the refund amount would be credited back by the merchant/seller to the user directly post confirming payment details.

SECTION 5: Fraud & Grievances

Received a notification for an order I didn’t place. What should I do?

Contact the merchant to cancel immediately. If unresolved in 24 hours, email support.superpay@super.money with order details.
